Rona

Rona products can be found in Buckingham Palace and the White House, in the Rainbow Room of New York's Rockefeller Center, and in hotels in Dubai and Las Vegas.

 History of the Rona brand. The factory was founded in 1892 by the entrepreneur Jozef Schreiber. It was the largest glass production of the Vienna company Schreiber und Neffen. The factory had the most modern technical equipment for its time and is the most successful Slovak glass factory in history. In the 1940s, the factory collaborated with professional artists Vincent Chložník and Martin Benko in creating decors. In 2004, he received an international patent for Cristal, a lead-free glass with barium oxide.
